Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125.00 to the contiguous United States, with some exclusions. International and non-contiguous United States orders, and over-weight, and over-sized products are excluded from free-shipping. 

Please choose your shipping option at checkout. Shipping rates are based on weight. Multiple item orders may arrive in more than one box. Pending order verification and credit approval, orders generally ship same day, or within 1 business day. (Some orders may take longer to carefully package for shipping.) 

These Shipping Policies apply to all platforms. Some Social Media platforms generalize & truncate policies. We do not offer free shipping on orders under $125.00.

If you're interested in having book orders shipped USPS Media Mail, please let us know before you place your order, as we do not offer Media Mail in the shipping options at Checkout. Media Mail has strict guidelines as to what can be shipped with their service. Please call us at (509)607-4982, or email gifts@thelittleredshop.com to request an invoice for a Media Mail Book Order.

Sales Tax: 

Washington State Orders: We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Washington State.

Shop: As of January 1, 2025, the Shop sales channel is required to remit marketplace sales tax on U.S. orders. Shop automatically collects, remits, and files tax for these orders.

Facebook or Instagram: Meta automatically calculates, collects, and remits taxes everywhere tax collection is required under marketplace facilitator laws in the United States.

International Shipping: We’re happy to ship select products internationally! Please review item descriptions, as some merchandise is available only in the United States.

Processing: Orders ship promptly upon payment confirmation via USPS or trusted carriers.

Delivery Times: USPS international shipments may take longer to reach their destinations. We’re not responsible for customs-related delays.

Shipping Costs: You may contact us at gifts@thelittleredshop.com for quotes to non-contiguous U.S. regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories) or international destinations before ordering.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties:
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and collection charges, which vary by country and are not included in item prices or shipping costs.

Check your local customs office for estimated fees before purchasing.

We declare the full item value on customs forms and include required buyer details (e.g., name, address) per U.S. regulations, which may affect clearance.

For orders to non-contiguous U.S. regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) or international destinations, you may contact us at gifts@thelittleredshop.com for shipping cost estimates before purchasing.

All International transactions are final, except where required by law (e.g., EU consumer protections). Contact us within 7 days of receipt if there’s an issue, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Local Pick Up: We are currently offering local in-store pick up of online orders, by appointment. "Local pick up" orders must be picked up in our South Cle Elum retail store within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us before making your purchase if you are not able to pick up an item within 7 days, so we can make arrangements. We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, so please let us know if you have any questions. Orders not picked up after 7 days may be cancelled by thelittleredshop.com Order cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee equal to Shopify's fee for processing the transaction. Thank you.


Please Note: If you inadvertently choose "Local Pick Up" for an out-of-state, or out-of-area order, please contact us asap, and we will tell you your options for paying for shipping to your location. Orders with unpaid shipping will NOT be shipped. We do not have access to your payment information to process your missed shipping payment for you. When you let us know your preferred shipping option, we will email you an invoice so you can complete your payment for your shipping. 

If you inadvertently choose "Local Pick Up" for an out-of-state, or out-of-area order, and we do not hear from you asap, we will attempt to contact you using the email, or phone number provided. If we do not hear from you after 24 hours, the order may be cancelled by thelittleredshop.com Order cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee equal to Shopify's non-refundable fee for processing the transaction.
